We’ll provide you with a food guide, constant support & guidance. The idea is that we show you how to be a member of this gym. We’ll figure out what combination of classes, workouts and food work for you.
Use the group energy!
Taking advantage of the unlimited classes during these 40 days really helps to get it done! As part of the program, we ask that you come in 3 times a week. You can take classes (see our schedule below) or come in on your own time and use the app or the posted workout. Before signing up, make sure that our schedule works with yours!
