Bootcamp
By combining battle ropes, hills, rowing, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and more, this class will help you burn calories, grow muscle and put your metabolism to work.
Resistance/Strength Training
This class is for weight lifting. You will be lifting with a trainer and break barriers you didn’t even know were there.
Spin with this view will never be the same. This class is high energy, high calorie burn and tons of fun.
