This membership is for those who can’t always make our class schedule. The app has workouts in an “on-demand” section that are updated every month. There are lifting, cardio, and bodyweight only workouts.

All of our classes can be booked through the Mindbody App without commitment! You’ll be prompted to pay with a card if you don’t have a membership that includes classes.
